Project Rejection/Project Cancellation

If Client and Sharon Broughton Team are contracted for “project” services the client is given a “good faith” estimate of time and cost necessary for project completion. Due to unforeseen circumstances Sharon Broughton Team may notify client as needed should project completion require the adjustment to the original estimate of cost or completion date.  Should the client request tasks in addition to project scope, the client will recognize the impact on total cost and deadline.  The client should not expect that additional project items be “added” to original project contract without prior agreement or modification to contract.

In the event of cancellation of a project during its execution or rejection of a completed project, ownership of all copyrights, the original artwork and project elements completed to that date shall be returned to Sharon Broughton Team. Deposit will in turn be forfeited and all additional labor and expenses completed to date will be billed at the hourly rate of $90 per hour. Any usage by the client of those design elements will result in appropriate legal action. Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees in any action brought to recover payment under this contract or in which the designer may become a party by reason of this contract.

Structure and Ending Services

If Client and Sharon Broughton Team are contracted for “services”, the parties recognize that Sharon Broughton Team charges time against tasks and services requested and defined by client.  Services are billed by the “hour”.  Client and  Sharon Broughton Team will work to define goals but client recognizes that all request made of  Sharon Broughton Team will be charged towards service hours.  Sharon Broughton Team attempts to always make best estimates based on professional experience for hours necessary to complete goals and keep the client informed of hours billed towards clients goal.  Sharon Broughton Team will provide the client monthly service reports. Client should review and make inquires within 30 days if client needs clarification on hours charged. After 30 days from receipt of report Client implies acceptance of billed hours for services rendered.  Client recognizes and takes responsibility for understanding the impact of “requests made” of  Sharon Broughton Team and corresponding hours billed for services.

When you purchase time from our company as a package (versus a retainer), you have time to use with us that expires in 6 months, is non-recurring and there are no refunds.

Cancellation of Services requires 30 notice to  Sharon Broughton Team.  Any retainer funds will not be returned during those 30 days.

Confidentiality Policy

All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between the Client and Savvy Sharon International LLC dba Sharon Broughton Team.
