Project Rejection/Project Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of a project during its execution or rejection of a completed project, ownership of all copyrights, the original artwork and project elements completed to that date shall be returned to Sharon Broughton Team. Deposit will in turn be forfeited and all additional labor and expenses completed to date will be billed at the hourly rate of $65 per hour. Any usage by the client of those design elements will result in appropriate legal action. Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees in any action brought to recover payment under this contract or in which the designer may become a party by reason of this contract.
Confidentiality Policy
All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between the Client and Sharon Broughton Team.
